Q1. How does shipping and delivery work?

Most of our products, including eBooks, courses, meal plans, and digital assets, you can access it on Members Area and you can download the pdf. 

For print-on-demand merchandise, production takes 2-5 business days, and shipping times vary based on your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Q2. Can I change my shipping address?

For digital products, address changes aren’t necessary since they are delivered via email.

For print-on-demand merchandise, if your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at wellkula@drbhanote.com with your updated shipping details as soon as possible.

If the order has already shipped, you may be able to redirect it via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Note: We cannot retrieve orders successfully delivered to an incorrect address, so please double-check your details at checkout.

Q3. Help! My order is lost or hasn’t been delivered.

For digital products: If you haven’t received your email, check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, contact us at wellkula@drbhanote.com, and we’ll resend your purchase.

For print-on-demand merchandise: While shipping estimates are 2-8 business days, occasional delays may occur. If your tracking shows a "delayed" status, your order is still on its way.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, email us at wellkula@drbhanote.com, and we’ll investigate with the shipping provider.

Q4. What is your return policy?

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (eBooks, courses, meal plans, and other downloadable assets), all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.

Print-on-Demand Merchandise: We accept free returns within 30 days of delivery only if the item is defective or incorrect. To be eligible for a return:

The request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

You must provide a photo of the issue before returning the item.

Q5. I have an issue with my order—what do I do?

If you experience any issues with:
Digital products (missing email, access issues)
Print-on-demand merchandise (wrong/damaged item, shipping delays)
